Shipping by Courier

Our company cooperates for its shipments with the courier company ELTA COURIER (Πόρτα-Πόρτα). Your order will arrive within 1-3 business days and the charge for shipping costs is proportional to its final weight:

– The charge for orders up to 8 kg is 4.00 €

– The charge for orders from 8 to 15 kg is 8.00 €

If your order exceeds 15 kg, we will contact you by phone to consider other shipping methods, such as through a goods transport agency.

* In the case where cash-on-delivery has been selected as the preferred payment option, there is an additional charge of 2.00 €.

Your order can also be shipped by a courier company of your choice. In this case, you are not charged with shipping costs from our company. However, you are solely responsible for the shipping costs required by the courier company to transport your products, which you will need to pay directly to it upon delivery of your order.

Our company cannot be held responsible for any consequences resulting from delivery delay or loss of the parcel on the part of the carrier. Nevertheless, in such a case, our company will be at your disposal at any time for the immediate solution of the problem.

Shipping by GTA (Goods Transport Agency)

Our company can also ship orders through a GTA. In this case, payment is only possible by bank transfer, and your order will be shipped within 1-3 business days from the confirmation of the payment. Shipping costs are borne by the consignee and are paid to the agency upon receipt of the products.

Receipt from our Facilities

For orders within Attica you have the option to receive your order directly from our facilities with your own means of transport, without being charged with shipping costs. We inform you by phone or e-mail when your order is ready and you can pick it up daily Monday to Friday 12:00 p.m. – 15:00 p.m. after phone contact. In this case, cash payment is also possible.

* We do NOT carry out shipments on Saturdays, Sundays and on National Holidays.

Product Availability

The above shipping and delivery estimates concern products that are immediately available. If your order includes a make-to-order (MTO) product (as indicated on the page of each product) please contact us by phone to be informed about when your order will be available for shipping.

In case a product has been sold out and its availability on the corresponding product page has not been updated, we will notify you by phone or e-mail before we start processing your order.
