PRODUCT RETURNS
Our company provides you with the option to return products within 7 business days from the day of the receipt of your order. To make a return, you must first contact us by phone or e-mail to begin the return process.
The shipping costs of the products being shipped to our company are borne by the customer, EXCEPT if the product is defective, in which case our company is borne with the expenses.
In case of return, you have the option to replace the product with another product of your choice. The returned product must be in the condition in which it was delivered and must have not been used.
In case of a defective product, you also have the option to request a refund. You will need to indicate to us a bank account to which we can transfer the corresponding amount.
